Professional juries? Like Doctors, Lawyers and Teachers? or Professional like in permanent job?.................
I don’t like the idea, either. But the defense and/or the prosecution being able to stack the jury with people guaranteed to vote a certain way has even less appeal to me. The defense did it this time. Imagine if prosecutors take to doing it as well. Void dire is now meaningless.
