BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A 21-year-old woman in Boulder has been arrested after allegedly blowing heroin smoke in the face of a cat, killing the animal.

All I can say, is that if she was able to hold such a high concentration of heroin in her lungs that it was enough to kill a cat, second-hand... she is a serious drug abuser, with an extremely high tolerance. And her picture shows it.

Classic case of Boulder Dementia Syndrome. Boulder is a bubble of Liberalism surrounded by reality. By law, there are no pets in Boulder. Cougar on two legs and four stalk the streets, but there are NO PETS in Boulder.
It is a place so full of Libroids that a local law defines your pet as not a pet - it is an ‘animal companion’.
The girl could receive a longer sentence for the demise of the cat than for the heroin.
PS Just wonderin’ - was it her intent to kill the cat? IF not, assuming the concept of Mens Rea still has any standing in Boulder, that animal cruelty charge may well be successfully challenged.
In the meantime, Casey Anthony goes free for the total neglect of her child. Where is the justice in that?
