The thing is jobs, stupid. Tax, and tax, and tax the jobs, and they go away to other states or countries where they WANT the jobs. Punish, and punish and punish the rich, and they stop spending money on things that they could be buying...from you or your employers. Drive Union wages up, and up, and up...and they find someplace where they can make things cheaper.
This bottomless recession was made by a Democratic Congress that decided that EVERYBODY deserved to have a house, because it is UNFAIR that some people can't afford them. And when you hand out loans like throwing candy to people that really have no business borrowing money (on the idea that the property will ALWAYS be worth more, anyway) you artificially inflate the real estate market. It's called "buying on margin", and it worked so well in the stock market last time round, didn't it? Yep, what put us in this pot was touchy-feely politics that made your Democratic Reps FEEL GOOD about "helping" people...and the fake sales it generated convinced otherwise sensible bankers to make STUPID loans for the commissions, because hey, if it all goes BUST Uncle Sugar will pick up the tab. And when it all fell apart, the crazy "stimulus" bill (again, brought to you by the Democrats) was chock full of every damn fool giveaway they couldn't get passed in the past fifty years, because hey, "it's going to keep unemployment under 8%! Promise!")

What’s even more horrible, though, is that there is a whole bunch of people out there who have no concept of how their votes for this catastrophic president and his vile party put them in this position.
They’ve spent years of their lives warring against prosperity and now they are uncomprehending as to why they are living in an unprosperous nation.
Guess this nut has given us a few more who will continue to vote for Left wingers and never see the light of day about the plight the Dems have kept her in. It is called subservience, stupid. Their game plan is working. Stop complaining, Obama has made sure your economic status is being shared by many, many more.

I work in NYC, in an office infested with leftists (though there are a few of us closet conservatives) and it's always Hate The Rich, Hate The Rich, Hate The Rich, all the live-long day. The funny part is, our company is privately owned, the owners are "rich" and if they weren't (and if they stop being so) then we will all be out of a job.
I don't say anything because we are busy and I have a lot of work to do and the work is interesting but I can't help thinking, "do you want to work for somebody POOR, you stupid f*ing schmuck!!!!"
