Thanks to feminists, all a woman has to do today is SAY she was raped, molested, assaulted, etc. and it is IMMEDIATELY taken as the Gospel Truth. Think Duke University here. Even a druggie prostitute with years of mental health problems was immediately believed (even by ordinary people) over those young men.
The jurors "heard" that George molested Casey and it immediately became fact in their biased heads. It is as simple as that.

Look no one is asking this jury, any jury to be geniuses; just use some common sense.
We should ask them to “Prove” it was an accident and see how that plays out...those who have tried doing just that fall flat. It doesn’t work.
That frustration works two ways, for we understand the system is broken....has been ...and will continue to be. Just as our Government is broken.
That emotional mob mentality isn’t what this country was founded on. That the constitution was put in place which is the best system in the world but isn’t perfect but still needs to be followed and accepted. That the prosecution was relying on emotionalism rather then facts that could be proven, not unproven junk science.
This case was handled pathetically by both sides but the emotional vitriol with which even so called constitutional conservatives on this site have responded is disheartening.
A little girls life was cut short and in all likelyhood the mother is directly responsible but it's not the fault of the jury that she walks. From the stupid officer who didn't want to get his shoes dirty to the prosecution who thought unproven junk science was the evidence they would rely on was negligence of duty and where the anger should be directed.
Maybe you could educate the rest of us how the duct tape got on her mouth and nose by accident?

You want speculation from me? Is that what our system is based on? Is that the constitutional standard set?
How about “innocent until proven guilty” and “the right to be judged by ones peers” and a prosecution who doesn’t rely on emotion or junk science?

The judge contacted the Sheriff to see how many days credit she got for time served, plus credit for good behavior.
Next Wednesday release after they figured out how many days she gets off for time served and good behavior.
