Yeah, like the junk science chloroform sniffer which hasn’t been peer reviewed or proven effective. Of course they didn’t think about the fact that any laundry detergent that includes any chlorine molecules will produce chloroform molecules when introduced to moisture and heat. They didn’t think that the sniffer would scream chloroform when the dishwasher is opened and steam escapes because many dish detergents contain chlorine which when…well, you get the picture. How about many laundry softener products that produce chloroform when in contact with moisture and heat?
Then they simply forgot to analyze the garbage found in the trunk to make sure that any of the items in that trash might not produce a like odor to decaying flesh when rotting. Oh, and they didn’t count on seven other people near the car that didn’t smell anything like rotting flesh.
And surely we shouldn’t blame the lack of forensic evidence on the officer who refused to get his shoes dirty when told of the skull weeks prior.
Of course then they tied it all neatly together by proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Caylee was indeed murdered rather then the victim of some sort of accident.
Yep, they tied it all in a neat package that the jury just decided to totally ignore.

Don’t misunderstand; the jury did not hear the Equisearch guy on this; but they definitely knew about the pieces fitting together.

I'd like to see a law passed that jurors not be allowed to profit from their service. There is a guy originally from SF on that jury who had his own cooking show in SF. He has a manager/agent now and won't talk to "anyone" without being "compensated."
How do we know he wasn't the foreman? How do we know they didn't spend 2 hours filling out all those forms and then spent much of the remaining time with him instructing the others on how to get an agent and make some good "deals" with the press?
I'd like to see the rate of pay for serving on a jury increase so that educated middle class people living responsible family lives who cannot endure the financial hardships now, might be able to do so in the future.
I think the judge may be concerned about the public seeing the actual make up of that jury (what they look like, how they dress and speak, etc.) And all the more so because the judge forced the Prosecution to accept at least 4 of those jurors who supposedly had no real business being on that jury. One of them was forced by the judge because the person was black and Baez played the race card.

What happened between this morning and 'released next Wednesday' is news to me.
So Juror #3 (Jennifer Ford) doesn’t know how Caylee died. What was she doing during closing arguments? Jeff Ashton made some very definitive comments about DUCT TAPE. Three pieces of it as I recall. Wrapped around Caylee’s mouth and nose and one piece was added just to be sure.
I thought she was instructed NOT to make up her mind prior to deliberations. This is why we need to do something about the caliber of people we put on juries.
And this “person” wants to be a nurse. Heaven help all of us.

Cindy did more than her share of helping there. She drove Tim Miller and Equusearch away by insisting they look here and here but NEVER there or there and insisting they look for a Live Caylee when Cindy knew damn well there was only a Dead Caylee but to find her would mean problems for Cindy's precious spawn, Casey. And George...he did whatever Cindy told him to.
