Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
Including the jury.
No it didn't. It's immaterial.
It's not whether she did it after some fight that matters. It's whether she did it.
I don't think she lied to cover up the murder, she lied to keep her daughter from getting the death penalty. Looking that stuff up points to premeditation. IMO she wanted her daughter to pay for Caylee but she couldn't take losing her daughter as well as her granddaughter. I think she wanted her to get life in prison.
They found the car when they were called by the towing company. I think someone notifed George, but called Cindy because she had to bring $500 cash to bond the car out of storage. I don’t know the date. He dropped the car off (I assume she was in her own car) and he went to work. elsewhere I read that he had only been on the job 1 day at te time, which explains the urgency. Cindy called 911 to complain about the odor.
Arguments going on before Judge Perry to get the names of the jurors released. Judge Perry balks.
That smile of Cindy’s face is sickening.
Those pictures make me sick. That awful little witch.
I can’t figure out why or who Cindy is smiling at.

“Anthony wore her hair pulled back for every day of her trial, where she was accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.”
Simple. They didn’t want the jury to see the long hair and assist them in recalling images of a sociopahtic killer out partying in wet t shirt contests, right after killing her daughter.
“We can agree Caylee died by the hands of another human being and that person was probably Casey who probably killed Caylee in a fit of rage after the big family blowout on June 15th in which Cindy tried to choke Casey. (my opinion)>
Certainly replace probably and it makes sense.
Of course for some, the Sun will probably come up on Friday. lol...absurdity.
Riiiiigggghhhhtttt! Yet when I ask for the specific testimony to directly tie Casey to the death of Caylee with evidence to convict I get none. I cant even get specific testimony that was given to prove that it was murder rather then an accident. The coroners statement is only speculation or opinion because he cant prove how she died.
“Arguments going on before Judge Perry to get the names of the jurors released. Judge Perry balks.”
LOL, matters not. They will out themselves when they sign their book deals. It would be horrible if some lunatic goes after them...
It would be doubly horrible if they all go their Karmic due...Casey, Cindy, Defense attorneys, jurors cashing in.
Hopefully the perps would get an equally competent jury.
I mentioned on another thread that I asked myself what could have been done differently to convince the jury?
The only answer I could come up with is a better, ongoing narrative. Getting in accounts of the family blowup on the 15th might have filled in some of the holes.
I personally think the family issues goes to motive much more than Casey wanting to party. My opinion is that all that has simmered in the Anthony family (especially between Cindy and Casey) came to a head that night and all hell broke loose.
Cindy considered herself to be “co-mama” at the very least and she knew (by her myspace post) why Caylee was gone. Jealousy.
The investigators could not crack the nuts. They tried. The prosecution could not get it in. They only had what they had.
A better flowing narrative in the same vein as the closing statement just might have helped the jurors make the connections which seem so obvious to us.
How very noble of her. /sarc Did she ever consider how that little girl was found? Dumped as trash. It appears the parents didn’t know anything until the car was found and they were notified by mail to pick it up. By that time Caylee was in the trash. Now, if she had bothered to review; she might have picked that up. I said jurors go by emotion.
“I mentioned on another thread that I asked myself what could have been done differently to convince the jury?”
The jury consisted of lazy imbeciles. If they had videotape of the killing, they would possibly consider convicting. I’m sure that a doctored tape expert would give them pause though, in their limited understanding of reasonable doubt.
Read my post 654. Then go back and read my statement.
Using my theory on Caylee’s death, how could I turn ‘probably’ into ‘this is what happened’ to convince a jury?
By focusing on the family dynamics and the life in the Anthony household in the years before her death as much as I focused on Casey’s actions after June 16th. Not absurd at all. It is about presenting the case in a way to take ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ off of the table.
None of this is about what we think or what we know. It is what was presented in the courtroom.
I am certain she is guilty. But I also know public opinion has no place on a jury.
I agree. I don’t know why he didn’t.
HA! I knew she'd do that to seize the day...just her nature to be "seen" looking the best she can. Just got here and have a long way to catch up on this thread...I'm going to enjoy it as I go to see just what sentencing she got. Isaid way back when.. the least she'd get is 4 yrs. but with all time served etc, she'd be out within a week. So will see......am anxious to see video how she took the sentencing too.
