ToCoQ10? I’ve been taking CoQ10 for some time, hadn’t heard of ToCoQ10. Where you get it?
Basically, it’s CoQ10 with various types of vitamin E in addition.

The contents are listed toward the bottom of the page.
So how much do you need to make a difference?
Thanks!

The article doesn't say. Doesn't look like they've yet done human studies.
GMP-certified brands include Vitacost, NOW foods, Country Life, Nature's Way, and Swanson; and (I think NSF-certifed) Jarrow, and Twinlab.
Cheers!
an encore presentation of L-carnitine and heart attacks
Cheers!
Thanks. Interesting information.
Why dont they tell us what we have to eat to get this vitamin? It is really, really stupid that they just say SE Asia and leave it at that. There are lots of MCDONALDS in SE Asia. So WTF?
But I did do some poking around with google and it seems like there are very few foods that have a high dose of this stuff... the highest being palm oil. But you'd have to eat 2000 calories of palm oil a day to get a decent amount of this substance.
Looks like buying capsules is the way to go... if you can trust the label. Can we trust these labels?
Can we trust what they say is inside these bottles?
Who knows? But the big supplement bottlers have a reputation to maintain, and I doubt whether they would risk it all on cutting corners. Just one scandal, and the whole company would probably go belly up.
Funny, I just read an article that Vitamin E increases the risk of stroke, wonder if it was big pharma though, need to go find that article again.
Vitamin E incrases stroke risk (so they say).
I’m a big fan of suppliments, but this stuff on Vitamin E kind of scared me off

Ah gee, guy - that's so last year. ;-)
I looked at one article from your link and it said there is a small increased risk of the least common type of stroke. No indication if different types of vitamin E were tested.
Shaklee has it, I’ve always liked and trusted their products.
