Not just any vitamin E but the tocotrienols. Looks like a supplement would be needed if you don't live on rice and barley.

I looked it up at Vitacost, where I get my supplements. It looks like they have other kinds of Vitamin E, but not tocotrienol. I suspect that means it may not be easily available.

Why don’t they tell us what we have to eat to get this vitamin? I don’t want to have to move to SE Asia, change my name to Soetoro, fake my documents, and listen to the “sweet” wailing of the muezzin calling the Muzzies to prayer in order to get the stuff. That would cancel out any purported benefits.

Thanks. I don’t know how I missed finding it.
Actually, I already take a ToCoQ10 capsule daily, which is recommended for people who have to take lipitor, and apparently that also contains Tocotrienol.
