Why don’t they tell us what we have to eat to get this vitamin? I don’t want to have to move to SE Asia, change my name to Soetoro, fake my documents, and listen to the “sweet” wailing of the muezzin calling the Muzzies to prayer in order to get the stuff. That would cancel out any purported benefits.
Why don’t they tell us what we have to eat to get this vitamin?It is really, really stupid that they just say SE Asia and leave it at that. There are lots of MCDONALDS in SE Asia. So WTF?
But I did do some poking around with google and it seems like there are very few foods that have a high dose of this stuff... the highest being palm oil. But you'd have to eat 2000 calories of palm oil a day to get a decent amount of this substance.
Looks like buying capsules is the way to go... if you can trust the label. Can we trust these labels?
