I looked it up at Vitacost, where I get my supplements. It looks like they have other kinds of Vitamin E, but not tocotrienol. I suspect that means it may not be easily available.

does it work as a preventative or just protect after a stroke?? would love to know considering my family history...

They have several varieties of tocotrienols available, FYI.
