There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.

There is a greater judgement coming where those who cannot bare the thought of taking life will see that there is evil and that to stop it the death penality is certainly going to accomplish such in the individuals who have no remorse for taking life...... I have no doubt if Casey gets away with this someone else will loose their life at her hand...directly or indirectly.
So how many lifes must one murderer take before individuals come to their senses and realize that when they blind their own eyes from the truth they have themselves enabled the next murder to occur....they will not be held guiltless when all is said and done.

Actually, I have nothing against the death penalty - I just do not believe our system of justice is worth a damn.
HLN is reporting that the jury did NOT look at Casey. Some are saying this bodes ill for Casey. Also, Jeff Ashton looking very tired and drained.
Again, when they filed into the room they would NOT look over at Casey.

Good news! I hope it’s not a really long time......these folks need to go home, it’s been long enough.
Casey has dead eyes, like I remember reading about in JAWS years ago, the eyes of a shark. No feeling, no soul behind it, no one with a heart at home. The only difference is that the shark kills to eat and Casey killed to get her precious daughter out of the way. If she doesn’t get the death penalty, I pray that this animal never, ever gives birth to a child again.

I have been watching this trial since the beginning. I just have a question. Is it normal procedure in trials for potential witnesses to wait outside before being called to testify?
If so, why were Cindy, George and Lee allowed to sit inside the court during the proceedings; would this not influence their testimonies, to a degree, when called to the stand??

You remind me of people who won't vote for the same lame brain idea. Thousands of men and woman have died for the freedom and privledges to have a Justice System and to Vote....(my Dad for one)....and two sons who have served for those.
So don't be "peeing on my head and tell me it's raining" with such a foolish argument. Your very freedom to make that statement came at a price of many good men and woman. Make your statement in N.Korea.....you're executed.
We use what we have, as it is, and pray that the Almighty might get thru to the boneheads who mess with it.

Some people are just too busy to follow things like this, my oldest daughter works a lot of hours and is a single parent- she has only been able to follow the last couple of days as she got a 4 day weekend- my daughter hadn’t even heard Cindy’s 911 call about the car smelling like a dead body until yesterday. My youngest daughter is getting ready for her baby that is due in 2 weeks and she hasn’t been following it either- if the TV is on when she is home it is on the sprout channel for her toddler. I have been too busy to follow some of these high profile cases and later wondered how I missed them...
It’s a good question - I have no idea! But try keeping the pugnacious enabler Cindy Anthony from going any where she wants to go. If I never see her again, it will be too soon.
