There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.

Wonder why Casey didn't just get the regular, run of the mill, court appointed defense attorney? How come little miss liar got special treatment?
I have a problem......How can I clean my house and be away from the computer and TV and know when a verdict is reached. LOL
You should look it up. Stockton, CA. Killed his pregnant wife on Christmas Eve 2002. The same if not less circumstantial evidence as this case. He’s sitting on death row....in California, no less.

Chloroformed, duct taped so she cannot breathe, and dumped in a swamp IS bloodthirsty.
Easy to forget who died here, but it wasn’t poor Casey.
I don’t care if they give this foul sociopath the death penalty, but she deserves to spend the better years of her life behind bars and thinking how much better it would have been to give that kid to her Mom and then go have fun. Yeah, people would think she is a creep and they would be right. But Caylee would still have her life.
Just watching her yesterday crying for herself while Jose was dirtying up her family made me ill. Casey is a souless waste of space.

Can’t remember the baby girl’s name, either, but one thing they don’t have to worry about now is someone going after her for her money. I seem to recall the bio-dad/sperm donor is Birkhead? Something like that.
The attorney, Stern, who also claimed paternity (and lost), took this up to the SCOTUS on behalf of ANS’s estate, and lost there as well. Of course all the key players are now dead.

But she does support the death penalty and has three children of her own...... However, apparently she knew nothing at all about Casey, she said, prior to being called to the jury. As some attorneys have said she is the most “pristine” of all the jurors....if one believes her. I'm not so sure that I do believe she didn't know about Casey prior. We live in an age of many liars with motives for doing so going the full spectum of justifying doing so given the 'circumstances and reasonings one might imagine.

As I posted yesterday you might want to stay away from ministers, teachers, professors, parents of your friends, their grandparents, your friends, and anyone else you might encounter during the day because kiddo, lots of people have had affairs. Some have ruined reputations, some have repaired them, but a 20 year old kid has a lot to learn when it comes to life.

Oh how my heart goes out to this child and the family for having to endure these details. I'd be having nightmares for sure, and rivers of tears! It's a wonder any of them are sane after this!
As for decomposition...I need to do some googling about that. How did Cindy or anyone know the pants had decomposition on them? Were these pants given as evidence?
