Good Morning to all, and Happy Independence Day.
There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
Casey deserves the lawyer she asked for.
Court reporter? Taking down all the testimony? Probably.

You have a bad habit of making oracular type of posts - full of righteous, high-handed condemnation and very little common sense. I’m convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony is guilty.
I’ve served on juries with people like you. You will not convict because you didn’t witness the crime. You make hell for other jurors and the court system.
And, please, don’t bring Saudi Arabia into this argument. It’s silly.
I’ve watched less than an hour of this trial and am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt. The only problem I have is who else is involved. It is looking like nobody.
I vote “Breaking News”
Like it or not, it has nationwide interest and addresses quite a number of serious legal issues (up to and including the appearance of the defendant).
Not trying to pick an argument and I readily admit that I’m late to the party, but I thought that finding chloroform in the trunk was evidence of murder and finding ‘how to make chloroform’ on the home computer was evidence of premeditation. I also thought that the 12 hairs found in the trunk were evidence - along with witness testimony (including Casey’s parents) that there was a strong odor of decomp in the car.
The fact that CA lied for 31 days about the whereabouts of Caylee would also lead one to believe that she was covering something up.
The dead girl is evidence of a murder. Casey’s behavior and the physical evidence found in the car would show that she was the one who did it.
People with true personality disorders that have the same disorder act so much alike it is like there is a playbook or school to educate them in how to control, manipulate, and play games with people, they use the same tactics and their reactions are predictable if you know what to look for. It is so much so that if you have ever lived with one for a while you will recognize another so fast they might as well have their disorder tattooed on their forehead. Some of course have more than one personality disorder so there will be some slight differences, but the similarities are striking.
Headline News just said somethings brewin on the 23 td floor
lots moving to the bldg............no sure if or what it means
I would, but it will get bumped out in 5 minutes and then people will be trying to figure out where the heck it got moved. I don't want that to happen.
BTW, is it just me, but has anybody else noticed how these threads tend to get flooded with people who proudly announce they haven't been following the trial but are full of opinions about the entire case? Of course they almost all think the prosecution did not prove their case. And they know that HOW?
Drives me nuts. They remind me of Obama voters. I need to just put them on IGNORE.
“You will not convict because you didnt witness the crime. You make hell for other jurors and the court system.”
Pretty much, yes. But they have yet to let me inflict myself upon a jury.
Jurors moving to the courtroom. Per HLN.
Don’t know why.
I have, and you are exactly right.
When you’re finally called, will you tell the truth in the Voir Dire or will you willfully get on a jury to throw it?
That is incredebly true - there is this young kid out on the range, who is our IT guru. I talked to him for about two minutes, and gave him a cup of coffee to calm him down.
Supposedly Judge Perry is going to excuse them for the day as he does not want them to deliberate past 6:00 p.m. Maybe we will get some insights, they are coming into the courtroom now.
His statement has nothing to do with doubt.
Probably to get the judge’s instructions before breaking for the night to go back to their hotel.
Yes, I noticed it immediately. Sorta like fruit flies.
