PHILADELPHIA (AP) - "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn had a blood-alcohol content that was more than twice the legal limit when he and a passenger died in a fiery one-car crash this week, according to a toxicology report.
Dunn's Porsche may have been traveling as fast as 140 mph in a 55 mph zone when it jumped a guardrail, flew into a wooded ravine, struck a tree and burst into flames, police said.

I feel no regrets for him.
Roger Ebert was right.
Actual COD: Darwinism.
Drink!
From another article:
THE passenger killed with TV star Ryan Dunn in a car accident was a former US Navy SEAL who had done three tours in Iraq.
Zachary Hartwell, 30, was with Jackass star Dunn when his 2007 Porsche crashed in West Goshen, Pennsylvania, about 56km west of Philadelphia.
The luxury sports car was found in a wooded area off the road “fully engulfed in flames” and both passengers were killed instantly.
Sad for Hartwell and his loved ones.
That is sad. Thanks for info!!
you said it brother. drink.
Someone who’s been following the news says that Hartwell may or may not have been a combat veteran, but he was no Navy SEAL:
Please contact the NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND Public Affairs Office at 619-522-2823 to confirm this matter. False barroom claims of military credentials are NOT worthy of headlines and the story details should have been checked BEFORE publication.
The man died tragically, and it is proper that he should be remembered. The use of the term term “Navy SEAL” in the headline is made purely for the purpose of gaining reader attention, and has little value as a “news” item in and of itself. Now the revelation that he was NEVER a Navy SEAL should (SHOULD!) garner as much attention and effort as the initial effort to publicize him (and boost readership numbers) using that false credential.
Let’s see how many “news” outfits actually publish the correction or discuss those false claims!

That’s so unexpected! Alcohol is almost never involved in incidents of this sort.
Whichever of the surviving Jackasses castigated Roger Ebert (Bam something or other, who cares) looks even more foolish than he already did, the jackass.
Did he have someone put it on video so everyone could get a good laugh?
Ryan Well Dunn..
