Six days before a college football player was arrested at San Francisco International Airport in a dispute that began when a US Airways employee asked him to pull up his sagging pants, a man who was wearing little but women's undergarments was allowed to fly the airline, a US Airways spokeswoman conceded Tuesday.
A photo of the scantily clad man was provided to The Chronicle by Jill Tarlow, a passenger on the June 9 flight from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Phoenix. Tarlow said other passengers had complained to airline workers before the plane boarded, but that employees had ignored those complaints.

Ridiculous!
Note to self: never fly US Airways again.
I'm sure they'll find out in court who really has the final say.
I think the guy in panties and bra will win, don’t you?!
Well, he sure looks like a winner.
Sorry, I misspelled that.
I should have said he looks like a Weiner.
Because this guy is not wearing something that could
hold up the line if they had to get off the plane. Safety was one of the main reasons they kicked that other guy off. I don’t want to be sitting next to either one!
I wonder if they patted him down or made him go through the nudie scanner? There’s not a lot of places to hide weapons in that outfit.
The pilot doesn't get into it until AFTER people NOT FLYING AN AIRPLANE and only in the least thinking of safety start the altercation.
Now, about the cross dresser, people complained to the airline that the full outline of everything the guy had was quite visible through the panties.
Needlessly upsetting the passengers after they've been groped and abused by TSA thugs really isn't a good policy. The airline said, in its defense, that it had no dress code. Their website says they have a dress code for NONREVENUE PASSENGERS.
You really don't have to invent concerns like "safety" when you have such a bright line division between REVENUE and NONREVENUE Passage.
This is a business first. They fly planes secondly,.
Now that's funny! I don't care who you are. That's funny right there! LOL!
If that POS turns up in the seat next to me on a flight I’ll trip getting up to pee and my fist will assidently become implanted in his jaw.
But I’m just a redneck I guess.
THAT was allowed on a plane?
UNBELEIVABLE
Of course it is a business. I am just saying what I read when the other story first broke. I can well see why it could have been a safety concern. He would have been tripping over his own feet if they had an emergency and had to vacate the plane. There is nothing worse on a guy than someone who has his waist down to his knees.
The last trip my late husband and I took was to CA. We had come to the airport early so we had time to just relax before flying home. He had decided to just walk around so I went to the waiting area. I sat down next to an older lady. A few minutes later this huge guy walked into that area. He was wearing those pants like I mentioned. She looked at me and just shook her head. Why do men think that turns on any lady and what lady likes their man looking like that? It is absolutely disgusting. I must not go to the right or maybe wrong places here because I do not see very many dressed like that.
Does he qualify for a pat down and happy ending from a FEMALE TSA agent instead of the usual MALE pat down??
If I were sitting next to him, I would barf his way outta his seat.
He would want nothing more to do with me! lol
