Thanks for the great photos of Gen. Patton and Willy ...
Gen. Patton was responsible enough ... (usually) NOT to take Willy around school kids and the like.
Willy also was frequently in a combat zone or military base ... where had he decided to attack someone ... most of the guys were well armed ...
Most importantly, however was that Gen. Patton was a "Southern Gentleman" in the likes of Gen. Washington and Gen. Robert E. Lee ...
Thus, Willy was properly raised, disciplined (firmly) when required ... and NOT taught to growl and menance the locale neighbors.
