As an 11 year-old Pirates fan, this was one of the highlights of the year. Watched every minute of every game.

I was the biggest Willie Stargell fan ever. I miss Pops, and Chicken On The Hill. We used to go to Forbes Field and sit out in the left field bleachers. I think the tickets were a buck.
If I wasn’t at the game I was listening to the radio or watching it on TV. My friends and I collected baseball cards, and “flipped” them, which was a game of physical skill where you could win or lose cards.
