Conservative columnist and author Ben Shapiro accused television executives and writers of pushing a liberal agenda in several high profile American television entertainment shows.
Shapiro interviewed dozens of leading industry figures, some of whom admitted to including a left wing bias in their shows. The results showed "unrepentant abuses of the Hollywood entertainment industry" and how movers and shakers in the television world tried to "shape America in their own leftist image".

the worst example i saw, was the shrill scare tactics, about the AGW global warming hoax.
i watch a lot of science channel, discovery, etc., and long ago, i noticed that the last 2 minutes of an otherwise good show, would somehow tie the preceding 58 minutes to how we must do something about AGW or we are doomed...

How about the interviews post-9/11 with the Illinois politician that we just “had to understand Islam more.”
The politician was Barack Obama.

A couple of years ago our local PBS station had a wonderful
program about a search for the descendents of some black
soldiers in an old photo. At the end they thanked a vets
group for their help. They them went on to talk about the
wonderful vet group that John Kerry had formed to help
promote world peace and how rich Republicans had slandered
him and ruined his chance to serve our country. I nearly
threw up.

good point. and i wanted to be fair and open-minded, so i did just that. i learned ALL about Islam. and not from “anti” sites. I read the Quran. the Sira. ahadith. and i literally learned “straight from the Imam’s mouth”.
once i was “inside”, they admitted all the things that CAIR spokesman on the MSM (and FOX!!!) lie about.
(including that Aisha WAS 9 (not “14”), when Muhammad had sex with her at age 53. ...and that if a person leaves Islam, the penalty is death. if a person is gay, the penalty IS death. if a muslima marries a kuffir, she is kicked out of Islam and her family, and as an apostate, the penalty is... you guessed it... death. )
i was at a regional “Dawa” meeting, where they discuss how best to “use” church interfaith events, to best spread Islam. and i learned much more. it was... educational...

I watch animal planet and I see an advertisement for whale wars. One person says that we to save the ocean. I think the ocean is rather big and I don’t think a boat of scientists will save it. Maybe that’s just me.

I also have noticed this and it is as you say, most of the program will be perfectly fine but then in the last few minutes they introduce the “message”. This all has been coordinated by the United Nations with their many left wing ngos which are sponsored by the taxpayers or by tax exempt foundations which pass off their taxation responsiblity on to us the tax payers. Foundations and ngos control about 5 billion dollars that are not taxed but instead go to these laboratories of every kind of left wing movement of the past forty years. Everything has been planned and then dropped on the public as propaganda campaigns. Feminism, “anti-war”, environmentalism, anti-guns, homosexuality, sex education, abortion, unisex, anti-God, trashing the Founding Fathers, multi-culturalism, race baiting and affirmative action have all been foisted upon us by the same well planned and well financed leftists groups. The foundations and the liberals in congress fund the grant money that feed this left wing monster. Destroying the western world in a full time, well paid job for thousands of academics.
The left propaganda machine has been promoting a very rosy view of Islamic history of late.
