I believe what Osama bin Laden little daughter said she saw was probably correct - we assassinated OBL. I don't have a problem with that- he's dead, good riddance.
However, I believe that the W.H. does have a problem about it, in that there are grave concerns about how it would play out in the international world and to the leftist. That's why Leon Panetta said that Seal Team 6 ultimately made the decision to kill OBL not the President, to wash the President of any culpability if news ever got out.

Notice it was also convenient that there was supposedly a 25 minute blackout of live video or gap once the Seal Team was going through the compound, so the people in the Situation Room don't have a clue what went on and didn't see what happen.....if they didn't see anything then they are just ignorant of the true facts if anything ever came out that was negative, it's not their fault on what happen.
Although its strange since Hillary said she was sitting in the Situation Room looking at something for 35 minutes...we don't know what exactly she was looking at though /s

Regardless of who and how many were shot or killed, the outcome for the folks in the compound was a lot better than being hit with a drone missle.

Imo, there was a live video all the time. It is obvious from the situation room personnel they were watching and reacting to something on a video screen. Why the WH has put out that there was a 25 minutes gap, imo, a cover-up. It didn’t wash when Nixon said it, it doesn’t wash now when obamma says it.

There is no doubt in my mind that it was made clear to the Seals that bin laden could not be taken alive. If bin laden were a prisnor right now— obozo would have nothing but problems. Send him to Gitmo? A secret foreign prison? County lock-up in NYC? Does he get an ACLU lawyer? If not, why not? You know darn well Orambo would not have the guts to send him up before a tribunal and then execute his ass in the next few months, so bin laden hangs around through the election and Obambi looks like a fool with no idea what to do.
Word went to the Seals— You kill that SOB. Period. Maybe there is no pic because the eye socket is the EXIT wound.
Now the UN is investigating the death of Bin Laden.

He was not even enemy combatant. Enemy combatants must wear insignia to be protected by Geneva convention. he was bandit.
Seals could kill him on sight because he was not protected by Geneva convention nor any other law. He was terrorist.
However, the legality of the operation is dubious because it violates sovereign state. Very tricky. Imagine Chicoms send their strike team into USA to eliminate some of their public enemies hiding in U.S.

Capturing OBL would have given Obama the big show trial in NYC he seems to crave so much... so I’m happy with how it turned out. By next year this will be ancient history as far as voters are concerned.
