Joan Rivers dropped the F-bomb on the red carpet at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday night, saying that President Barack Obama and other politicians should “stop campaigning” and "[t]ake care of the f****** country."
“No. I think President Obama should stop campaigning and take care of the country. I think it’s disgusting that everyone two years out is campaigning already. Take care of the f***ing country,” Rivers told CNSNews.com when asked if President Obama has lived up to her expectations.

She used to be a conservative years ago, and used to joke often about how she was the only one in Hollywood who liked Ron and Nancy. Either her belief system has totally changed or it's all just schtick...going along to get along.
After the election Rivers is quoted in a January 2009 interview on National Public Radio's Weekend Edition, as saying that President Obama is an "off-limits" subject for comedy since "we all have such high hopes for him."

I have been following Joan for many years, and she does not disappoint me. She is a conservative. She has no time for socialist.
She is brilliant. What you folks have a problem with is that she is not PC...like The Donald.
He invited her to a party in - I think - Las Vegas and said there would be a plane for her at LAX. When she arrived at the VIP lounge at the airport there was "Margaret Thatcher" (actually an impersonator famous for the portrayal of Maggie on UK TV).
"Thatcher" took Joan to task for her rude comments about Britain and Princess Anne in particular.
Poor Joan was flabbergasted!! Muttered apologies, ending with the comment "Well, we helped you during the war"
