While cities all over the country are going broke due to unfunded public employee pension mandates, gov't worker sloth, and fraud, this one unique city has figured out a whole new way to provide the sort of services that taxpayers expect, while remaining fiscally solvent.

I’ve known about Sandy Springs for a couple of years at least through a radio interview about it, and it’s not a surprise that it has gotten NO attention in the msm.
None that I know of: though it does seem like something that someone like John Stossel, for one, might bring to national attention. I will tab this for the link. Thanks.
