I have created a summary (posted below) of Barack Obama Senior's immigration files, which were recently released. The summary is tabular, hopefully allowing a more systematic analysis. I have highlighted in yellow the more interesting portions. This summary is useful as an introductory research tool or a concise summation for semi-interested readers. Details are excluded except where particularly interesting or unobvious.
When posting comments about a particular document, please include the page # (first column of table). I welcome questions, too.
Please feel free to share this summary.
SUMMARY OF BARACK OBAMA SENIOR'S IMMIGRATION FILE | |||||||||

BHO Sr. signs doc w/ 1934 birth year contradicting other signed docs w/ 1936 birth year. The 1934 birth year contradicts BHO Sr.'s age on BHO II's long-form birth certificate! |
3 | Report of Action-Nonimmigrant | Stay extension | Records grant of extension of BHO Sr.'s stay until 08AUG63 | 01OCT62 | ? | INS | no | 1934 | none |

28AUG64 | Redacted | E. Golden (INS?) | no | none | 1. Heavily redacted. 2. Includes name of hotel where female stayed. 3. Includes mention of "Rev. Mr. Klotzle of Universalist-Unitarian Committee." 4. Includes mention of "Harvard Center of African studies." |

10 | Record of Required Departure | Date that BHO Sr. is required to depart USA. Charge of violation? | BHO Sr. is required to depart USA on 08JUL64 as authorized on 08JUN64. 4. The doc includes "Charge: SEMIB[spelling?] 241(a)(2)." This appears to be a reference to Section 241, paragraph (a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which states: "Detention.-During the removal period, the Attorney General shall detain the alien. Under no circumstances during the removal period shall the Attorney General release an alien who has been found inadmissible under section 212(a)(2) or 212(a)(3)(B) or deportable under section 237(a)(2) or 237(a)(4)(B)." (The overstay report is controverted by docs at pages 7 (Report of Investigation) and 9. Thus, The overstay report seems false.) |
17JUL64 | Mr. Coomey | R. L. Suddath | no | none | 1. This doc is attached to doc at page 10. 2. The recipient, "Mr. Coomey" appears also on page 7 and perhaps page 11 (as "PFC"). 3. The sender, R. BHO Sr. pleads his case to remain in the USA, but the secretary tells him that the decision is final. Four days later, BHO Sr. calls again and requests to talk to the offical (J. Hamilton, Jr.) who denied his application. The secretary tells him that Mr. Hamilton is not available and repeats that the decision is final. BHO Sr. signs doc w/ 1936 birth year contradicting other signed docs w/ 1934 birth year. |
16 | Memo | Recommendation to deny BHO Sr.'s application for stay extension | Author (INS?) recommends BHO Sr.'s "Application to Extend Time of Temporary Stay" (pages 14-15) be denied because of his file: specifically, Harvard U.'s recommendation (page 17) that he return to Kenya, his lack of funds, and questions about his possible polygamist practices. |

Well done.
PING! —— Summary of Barack Obama Senior’s Immigration Files
Wow! not a small task; GREAT JOB!!! and THANK YOU!
(BTW: This prints out nicely in landscape mode -— 20 pgs)
There were a few items that stood out for me. Would you include these too?
p 22 - Unitarian Universalist Service Committee sponsored the mystery woman.
p 25 - does not list a wife or child
p 27 - says he's married with a child named Roy Obama
p 35 - says he's married to Ann, but doesn't list any children — signed Aug. 31 1961
p 38 — memo says he married Stanley Ann Dunham on Feb 2, 1961 on Maui Hawaii.
Wow!
Very well done.
Anyway, FR_addict, as your comments suggest, BHO Sr. demonstrated a pattern of signing incomplete forms. He omitted marital status, children, DoB and associates (persons visited) multiple times. This behavior suggests a willful intent to withhold information.
Matt1234:
Adding my initial list of questions/comments I posted a few days ago on another thread here and also adding some background links for Freepers new to this FOIA document:
Independent journalist Heather Smathers submitted an FOIA request for BHO, Srs immigration file. Below is her first article (note the jpg memo [PAGE 34 of document] to the left).
This is the FR thread on the article:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2712118/posts?page=1
The entire 55 pg document can be viewed (but not downloaded) here:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/54015762/Barack-Hussein-Obama-Sr-Immigration-File
~~~~~~~~~~``
Potential items of importance in FOIA document:
1) BHO, Sr birth year ratio 4 to 1, 1934 vs 1936 respectively
2) BHO, Sr had at least 6-7 addresses, one of which was Baltimore, MD -http://www.koinoniafoundation.com/history/
3) According to doc, he arrived by flight into New York on British Overseas Airway Corp (BOAC on other docs in FOIA) on Aug 9, 1959
4) His initial contact in 1959 was Frank Laubach in NYC (which would confirm the Elizabeth Mooney mentoring I posted in African Colonial thread).
5) there is a PARIS stamp on one doc (cannot figure yet what that means)
6) when you look at the passport info in this FOIA doc, think in terms of 5-yr renewable (I may be wrong on this, but we should know what his passport jurisdiction law was at the time). I also noticed various Kenyan citizen vs Brit citizen and various passport expiration dates.
7) the Philippine issue - [girlfriend/wife/proof he ever went there?]. Think Philippines mentioned at least twice.
8) Several jobs mentioned in docs- all menial (apparently these had to be approved)
9) Many discrepancies in marital status (spouses listed, but only one at a time; on occasion, married, but spouse line left blank)
10) Same as 9) but with reference to children (but only Roy or Barack jr - no others ever mentioned).
11) Mysterious female Kenyan citizen coming to US as student, under auspices of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. BHO, Sr also had some connection with these people (and first time I heard this organization mentioned).
She slipped back and forth via London - and was caught lying. Another BHO, Sr paramour is alleged here.
12) NO evidence BHO, Sr & Stanley Ann EVER lived together- MUCH evidence in FOIA is exactly the contrary.
QUESTION for investigation: When and why (according to the docs) was it to his and her? advantage to ever mention their relationship, their marriage, their son, their separation.
Their divorce is never mentioned in these docs IIRC.
13) Many, many various omissions, name differences for Ann, etc., etc.
14) A few (1 or 2) instances where an officials name is blocked out (WHY? would that be?)
You did an excellent job. I was going to do it, but I'm glad you beat me to it and did a much better job than I would have.
Mysterious woman was brought to the US by Unitarian Universalist —
I wanted the Unitarian-Universalist Service Committee listed because there is a history with Stanley's father and also they were thought to be pro-Communists. There are a few posts here about the group.
Check out Grandpa Dunham
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/12/obama_from_unitarian_to_libera_1.html
In his only skirmish into organized religion, he would enroll the family in the local Unitarian Universalist congregation....
I have seen references to that religion being Pro Communist.
Btw, the politician Church - of the Church Committee - had a father involved with that group.
I wonder if Stanley Ann did not give a father's name (possible Frank Marshall Davis) and later decided to help Obama Sr.
P 35 also has Obama Senior’s SS No. 575-44-4342, which I didn't know they gave to non-immigrants.
P 21 — Also the files mention a wife in the Phillipines. Someone may have been confused and it should actually say Indonesia, but maybe Stanley Ann or another wife was really in the Phillipines.
I'm hoping that enough people get this information out to the right people to check out and your spreadsheet is great.
Thanks for adding your comments to this thread. A lot of stuff to check out.
I think investigative focus should be on BHO Sr.'s funding. As the old saying goes, "follow the money." His sources of funding are listed on some of the docs. Some of these sources could be front groups for more nefarious organizations. BHO Sr. was a Marxist.
