Just out, going through Facebook fast, another Certificate of Live Birth, born in Kenya, Grandmother registered him in Hawaii. Checkmate? Get out? Forgery?

But so many people are hooked into the Constitutional implications, it is hard for me to dismiss them off hand because they really care about this country. But, like mylife said, we can’t use that against him, there is no possible chance of success because the Senate won’t even consider impeaching him.

If they did that and replaced him with Biden, well old Bite Me is a knucklehead, but he has a son in the Army, and I have to respect that. I don’t think he could be any worse.

The long form is a copy of a document created in 1961. The short form is a database printout from 2007. Would it surprise you if Hawaii widened their year field from two to four digits somewhere between 1961 and 2007?

Again, nobody really knows whether it’s authentic or not. Even Kerchner and Mario. Who’s to say when this document was acquired? Perhaps shortly after 1982 when the law had changed and his record reflected a correction to the applicable law at the time the document was copied. Leaving out the ‘e’ is not impressive when one is signing something, and in a hurry. Ever written in ink and had your writing slip off onto the copy below putting little marks on it? You see, opinions can vary as well as the reason that something ‘is’ the way it ‘is.

When there are documents of various types running around regarding the man with his finger on the red button, you would think somebody would care enough to investigate them all. And it’s really puzzling to me all the shrugging of shoulders going, “Oh well!” Is ‘Oh well!’ really good enough for you? In the face of desconstructing our country and it’s constitution?

I spotted anamolies in the document when I first looked at it. However, we now have not one, but two documents put out by the White House ‘staff’. After months of having been told there was no lawful way he could get an original copy of his ‘doctor’ certified document. That was it, what everybody got when they asked for a copy of their birth certificate. And being told that the original appeared to be ‘missing.’ By the Governor of Hawaii, no less. And by Terminator Trump’s investigation. lol We also have a Kenyan birth certificate with footprints on it. And now we have this one.

Which all causes confusion, which is exactly what Obamajad does not want, at all. He expects us all to just believe HIM, in the face of all his lies, promises, lack of historical facts and knowledge, his clearly destructive actions, and abetting of terrorists, commie czars, and defiance of the law by ignoring court orders.

This is the last time I will speak to this issue on FR. Unless of course I get an opportunity to say ‘I told you so.’ Then it’s no holds barred. :)

In all fairness, could be Korean. Lots of Asians on those islands, I’m still waiting to see what research comes out about that name.

There are plenty of things about that document to be curious about, I won’t even start. Go to my thread about BC Myths, I listed all of ‘em I could remember over the last couple of days. It ain’t worth spit, though, in the long run. I was willing to take it as a legitimate BC for nearly a day, I want to put all this birther stuff behind us and focus on how bad Obama’s policies are, but then I watched that Denninger video and I became skeptical again. Dang it, I want this BC stuff to be resolved, but the release on Wednesday has just put it back on the front burner. And half the people around here are chewing on the other half because this one thinks that and that one thinks this and it is nothing but chaos.

The truth is not in our President, he is putting brother against brother around here on FR. I think this is some grand Alinsky tactic to gut his opponents. But I have faith in America, and in the minds of FR. Reminds me of that Charlie Daniels song “God Bless America Again.”

“HRS 338-17.8” on the bottom line signifies the child was not born in the state, but elsewhere - and that his birth was registered as a live birth by someone in the family and certifed by witnesses - who signed, along with his grandmother.

This HAS been online for some time - and is the only one that has the father's race listed as ‘negro - African”, which would have been the correct termination at that time.

The other two COLB’s that have been shown have a glaring mistake - listing as his RACE = AFRICAN.

African is not a RACE. Africa is a continent. People of all colors are born in Africa. His citizenship was Kenyan.
