So because someone says something "looks" like whatever - that makes it a 'fact?" It amazes me that, with the ability for researching anything and everything at our fingertips, so few people even make an attempt to check on things before swallowing it.

But I compared it to the Nordyke certificate and it doesn’t match.
Someone said this about that cert:
“338-17.8 wasn’t enacted until 1982, so that statute could not have been cited on a 1961 form.”
Wonder where this information would be?
