Yeah, our house got one of those too. They always try to make the options as liberal as possible.
And stop financing our competitors in the exploration and drilling for oil that will then be sold to us if we agree with them politically.
Our government is broken, and our citizenry is sick of heart, empty of head, and void of a cohesive world view other than I am going to feed off my neighbors labors until there are no more neighbors.
The only way to be free is to be totally subservient to government control. One world government is the only way to be free. We must all conform.
Count me out, please.
Senator Warner is himself a symptom of this illness by his presence in office.
I was with you until you said this. I don't want the government selecting winners and losers. "lucrative tax breaks for renewable energy" is not the free market way of directing capital investment. We have the Chevy volt and ethanol subsidies as the result of such policies.
Dear Senator Warner; thank-you so much for your cogent e-mail with the link to help me find lower gas prices. You will find a link on this e-mail to “Things Smarter Than Senator Warner”. It takes you to a photo of a horse turd. Love and kisses! A constituent.
Condescending clueless crap from Warner (I also got the e-mail)
Missing in all the hoopla about “cheapest” is the quality of fuel you put in the tank. Poor fuel results in poor performance, lowered fuel economy, possible short/long term engine damage, and increased owner maintenance costs. Wanna replace your tankkk-mounted fuel pump/intake screen ? Or have your multi-point injectors removed and cleaned ?
America’s “energy problem” is inside the Beltway. We have the resources in abundance. We have the technology to find, develop and exploit them to maximum efficiency. Our economy is, ( ar at least was, not too long ago) the most efficient in the world at creating value/product per ton of CO2 emission.
The current watermelon arguments are merely a reprise of communist self-sufficiency pogroms resulting in the peasants melting down of high-quality steel to make low-quality hoes/picks that soon wore out.... >PS
