According to the web site (below) the name didn’t change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978.

The interesting thing, is that the birth certificate cited so often as being real from the Nordyke Twins shows the same hospital name as this.

Probably the ‘Maternity & Gynecological’ language preceded that.
