Someone please explain. Name me one conservative principle he stands for and has stood for through the years. I get that people like seeing him slap around Obama and push the birther issue. But why make excuses for the fact that he's moderate to liberal? He's given lots of money to Democrats, called George Bush evil and said Nancy Pelosi should have impeached him. He's advocated for universal healthcare and supported a wealth tax. He's trashed Paul Ryan's budget and thinks slapping a tariff on China will solve our entitlement problems.
The guy is not a conservative. Why are so many on Free Republic shilling for him? Where was Trump during the 2010 election? Which tea party candidates did he support? The answer is zip zero nada. He gave money to Harry Reid not Sharron Angle. He gave money to Charlie Crist not Marco Rubio. But now the narrative is he's a tea party conservative bucking the Republican establishment? Oh please pass me a bucket. Do people not believe that a solid conservative can beat Obama? Do people here believe we need to run a moderate to beat Obama? Didn't we try that two years ago with John McCain? Aren't we trying to avoid that this year by not supporting Romney? Can anyone really say that Trump is more conservative than Romney?
Oh and before anyone asks who do YOU support, I love Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain. And I hope Paul Ryan changes his mind and decides to run. Also if Alan West or Marco Rubio decided to get in the game I could support either one of them too.
Trump is a useful idiot. The GOP needs to learn to punch back and he shows how to punch Obama. Other than that, well pass the popcorn.

I agree, for example Obama released his BC early because his poll numbers were plummeting and no one would listen to his (stupid) policies. Trump accomplished that by attacking. Otherwise. Obama planned to do this closer to the election.
If you’ve ever talked to a republican politician, you know it is pathetic trying to get them to attack democrats. My theory is most republicans don’t understand or care about the issues. If they did they couldn’t act the way they do.

The only thing I like about Trump is he talks in plain English what a disaster Obama is. Hopefully the other candidates will take a lesson from him on this.

With the exception of the last 2 (whose "criticisms" of Dear Leader pale in comparison to the flat out attacks by Trump) EVERY OTHER SINGLE PROMINENT Republi-Tard, are WUSSES and/or Ruling-Class, RINO's, who are afraid of their shadow and the MSM.
The question should NOT be why anyone supports Trump (and very few here do); the question should be WHY all of the supposed Cons here, want to DESTROY Trump while he is doing "God's work?"

Not one of them is willing to take a stand on Obama and demand we know his background. The Birther issue is only a part of it.
Half of the Republicans we call the leadership are Democrats calling themselves Republicans. Just to name a few Hatch, Graham, McCain, Snowe, Collins, I can’t figure out yet what Boehner is.
When Pelosi was Speaker we heard from her daily ,when she wasn’t promoting herself she was promoting her party. We hrdly ever hear from Boehner and when we do he is seeking bi-partisanship, with people who would cut his throat.We look for strength and we get tears.
