Fed up with rising prices — on everything from groceries to gas — thousands of ordinary Americans are silently protesting the Obama administration at supermarkets and gas pumps with sticky notes.
From the group’s Facebook page:
Purchase a pad of large sticky notes. Write on each one, “How’s that Hope & Change working out for you?” Every time you stop to fill your vehicle with gas, place your sticky note somewhere on the pump before you drive away. DO NOT be destructive in ANY way! Place your sticky note somewhere, so as not to impede the next customer‘s ability to read the pump’s digital readout.
After placing your sticky note, please consider taking a digital picture, then uploading it to our wall. Please tell us in which city and state the picture was taken. This is meant to be a “quiet” protest by our silent majority of Americans, to be served upon this administration!!

Everyone spread it on Facebook. Just be careful not to put it on the product or the price. Husband thinks they could potentially say it was product tampering if it went on the product.
I was in my local supermarket Mon and Wed this week. Between that time I noticed several products I usually get go up in price 20-30 cents. I like the idea and will have to get some post-its.
I hope this will last until the election and not just be a fad that slowly dies off in a few months.
And if it does catch on in a big way, how will the media report on it? : )

I love this idea, even if your note does nothing more than annoy some liberal who pulls in for gas after you do, it’s worth it! What could be more grassroots than hand-drawn post-it notes on the gas pump? And the price of gas IS high because of Obama’s policies!

Is that milk yellow?
Special type of milk jug (yellow), it’s supposed to keep the vitamins in better. Doesn’t seem to keep milk as fresh, though.
Milk, like beer & wine, degrades from light. One dairy I know of considered making their bottles opaque but the marketing dept. felt otherwise.
I go back to my hometown in WI pretty much every weekend to help care for my elderly dad....can’t wait to place yellow post-its at a couple of gas stations right across from the UW-Stout libturd campus. I will love to see some liberal heads popping!
This IS a good idea....get people where they shop-—you’ve got their attention.
Also, collect ALL “No Postage Necessary” envelopes from credit card offers, AARP mailings, postcard type inserts in magazines, and STAMP them with NO OBAMA 2012 stamps, or any OTHER Obama “info” you might like to share with recipients and mail carriers that will handle the mail. (and YOU don’t have to pay the postage to get the info out!!!!)
