Today, Obama released his birth certificate. My question is: "Why now"? You could have easily just shown it while you were running. Ben Bernanke is speaking today for the first time in Federal Reserve history. Something is going on.
Is it a fake? why did it take so long to release this? It took a long time to forge the thing probably.

What puzzles me about it is why he waited until this past Monday to have a copy pulled from the records in HI. That just seems weird, you’d think he would have had it on hand already.
Trump forced his hand. I’m guessing is that he wanted to wait until 2012 to release it in order to discredit and ridicule the opposition.
Obama is who he is. A coward and a liar. He will never release his real bc. He just wants the heat off. I hope Donald Trump continues.

Cool. Looks like Trump actually gets things done. He deserves to take credit. He raised the issue to prominence at the national level and drove it home. Other Republicans take note. Be fearless.
It ain't real. We still don't know the delivering doctor. We still don't have any hospital documentation that his mother was ever at the designated hospital.
He's still stalling. If we keep up the pressure, something big is going to give.
Unless The Donald is just a stalking horse whose job was to inoculate Barry from further birth inquiries.
If The Donald concedes that today's document satisfies him, then he was a stalking horse.
The real downside for Obama in making this disclosure is it draws attention to all the other stuff he’s trying to hide-like his college transcripts, for starters.
My stance is that what this showed is that while Obama may technically be legally President, that enough people will be uncomfortable with the borderline nature of his origin, so that they will not vote to re-elect him.
Better to wait till the maximum number of Birther suckers took the bait, That is where Trump was invaluable!
Two possibilities, both cynical:
1) (maximally cynical) It took them this long to manage a sufficiently fool-proof forgery. I think this can be discounted, as I’m sure it could have been done back in 2008. There are all sorts of folks both in government(s) and organized crime who could pull off a solid forgery of a 1961 document.
2) (minimally cynical) They have polling data that shows the issue is cutting against them now: instead of marginalizing GOP figures who embrace “birtherism”, folks are starting to question Obama’s past, and they decided they’d better put out that brush-fire before it grew into widespread demands for Obama’s college and health records (and records of the Annenberg-funded project he and Ayers collaborated on, and of records relating to his dealings with Tony Rezko and. . .). I’m not sure they’ll succeed in this.

I love the way that just days after the HI Records Dept announces it will no longer issue a long form BC to anybody even the President Barry suddenly produces it.
It’s probably a fake. There were to many people trying to cover it up. This may sound dumb; but I think it has a lot to do with Bush beating Gore. The Left has never forgiven that and it is their driving force. Look how they manipulated and manufactured the 2008 election giving us John McCain. They don’t want to ever relinquish their power of destruction again and Obama was getting to much heat.
Seriously, I hope Donald continues. Obama is probably through.
