Donald Trump is mad as hell

I hate to say it, but I get the same feeling from this guy that I got from Reagan 1979. I rememeber everyone cursing out Ronnie the same way "Oh he's B movie actor, he don't know what he is doing, he's a cheap talker, doing it for attention, dyes his hair, wears makeup, he's a fraud"...but me and my buddys we just *KNEW*...That's the feeling I'm getting from Trump. In 1979, we even made up "Reagan is God" bumper stickers just to piss off the liberals, completey over the top declerations, and I'm tempted to do the same with Trump.

Palin, Romney, I just don't feel it with those two. Yes we all have ideal candidates, but I just want someone guaranteed to to kick this Obamination out and I think this guy could do it and quite easily. We CANNOT risk this Obamination doing a 2nd term! NO NO NO! Can you imagine Trump debating Obamination? He would absolutely destroy him, no question.

Palin isn’t lukewarm.
Ron Paul is disliked by many here, but he’s definitely not lukewarm.

Whatever happened to Larry Sinclair? Trump can talk about him.

How does Mauricio know that Obama was in the top 1% of his class at Columbia and Harvard Law? Has he seen the transcript? Will he share them with the rest of the world?

Also, the president of the Harvard Law Review was pure 100% Affirmative Action. Historically, that honor was given to the top student in the class. It changed just in time for Obama. The first shot of conferring the position on a student to achieve diversity was an Asian-American Woman, then it was Obama. Had nothing to do with merit.

The only possibles showing spine are Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann and Donald Trump! I would and could support whichever of them makes it through the primaries.

The rest of the field is unthinkable. Sorry. I can’t vote for them.

It’s not gambling to nominate someone with no political experience whatsoever? With more dirt that the media didn’t even have to try to find? Not gambling?

Trump is just a famous enough guy to get on tv and say what we want to hear. All the Freepers who aren’t in politics would love to be able to go on tv and beat Obama up. That’s what Trump is doing. It doesn’t mean that every single Freeper would be a good President. But Trump did know that there was a market for Birther talk and he met that need, provided that service. He isn’t a politician, which allows him to say anything he wants.

Not Trump and Bachmann, Trump and Herman Cain.

Bachmann should hang back. She’s definitely one who could be the Palin of 2012 (as VP, especially if Palin doesn’t run and if a RINO wins the nomination). She doesn’t need to be closely affiliated with birthers at this point.

I want The Donald to keep hammering at Barry, but I don't want him as President. I want him to step aside the moment Sarah declares. Can I have both, please?

You betcha!

I’ve been a freeper a while, and we’re pretty much unified around Palin, not like last time. I happen to prefer Ron Paul. But I know that he’s not for most freepers, and I don’t post vanity after vanity about all the cutting of goverment he wants to do. And there are a decent number of things about Palin that I’d prefer be different. But we’re all pretty unified around Palin. Palin did a great job of trashing Obama in the Summer / Fall 08.

Trump is far, far from a Conservative.

We rule Gingrich out, because of a handful of things he’s done. (I’m not suggesting we shouldn’t). Is there anything we can look at in Trumps record as bad as sitting with Nancy Pelosi for an ad and implying that Global Warming isn’t a hoax a few years ago, before Global Warming was proven a hoax. Yes, tons of stuff that Trump has said over the years proves not that he is imperfectly Conservative (see Gingrich), but that he’s not Conservative at all.

I’m not criticizing Trump. Wail on bro. Call him a Muslim. Or a “dirty Muslim”. Bring up Larry Sinclair. Call him a Gay Muslim. A Gay Kenyan Muslim. Everywhere. Trump should spend $100 Million Dollars on TV ads where he swears at Obama. That Gay Kenyan Muslim is the sttyest President ever.

And if Trump won’t call Obama a Gay Kenyan Muslim, I’ll just have to support someone who will. They don’t have to be conservative. Or a politician. That homeless guy with the radio voice (an obscure news story from a few months back). Or perhaps the “rent is too high” guy, can we get him to strongly attack Obama. Whoever attacks Obama the strongest with a pleasing voice.

Trump should move to Maine and run against Snowe.

How did the evil bastard get beyond the primaries without someone exposing him is beyond me. I’ll never understand why George Bush and others didn’t put a stop to him before it was too late.

Trump debating Obamination? He would absolutely destroy him, no question.

I'm not so sure. It will not be a real debate, but a contrived media event, where the participants do not debate, but issue statements like their opponent is not there. Not very revealing. Designed to deliver stalemates, the "low risk" approach.

And that’s about it. The sky isn’t falling from Trump attacking Obama. Blacks aren’t rioting.

I don’t know exactly what’s going on, but if the MSM didn’t want Trump on TV attacking Obama, the wouldn’t be. There’s no law or custom that means that Trump gets to go on tv whenever he wants.

It’s a skit.

The argument then and still a little bit now was that if someone was mean to Obama, blacks would riot. “Blacks will riot if you do that” lurks in the background of a lot of Obama related things. I’m in Maine, so I’m not too worried about that.

The US is
40% Conservative
20% Liberal
40% “Moderate”

We can get 11+% of the moderates if we make our strongest case. So, everybody all wail on Obama, the Democrats, Liberalism, all the time. For whatever reason, we just don’t make our case strongly enough. The MSM is with the Liberals, and they’re still pretty mighty, and it’s them who brings the moderates to the liberal side. We need to get our message out hardcore, and not stop.

“Don’t blame Trump for saying what most Americans really feel and most pubbies have too much of the weenie factor to admit!”

Exactly!

That is the template here. Pubbies won’t grow a sack, so they insist that no one else have a sack. It is common knowledge that having a pair, means you are crazy. It is widely accepted that in order to win, you must “reach across the isle in a fashion of unity, and never make comments that might be deemed controversial”.

In fact, in the Pubbie handbook, it is better to praise your opponent, and protect him from attacks rather than dig in your heels, tighten your upper lip, and throw down.

Trump is so non-republican, that I am starting to like him more and more.

And, if anyone can find me one person that is perfect, I’ll vote for them. Trump aint perfect, but I am starting to think he is the only one out there with the backbone to not only stick it to Obama and his ilk, but also to stick it to the deal-making, mavericks in Georgetown. He aint afraid of either, and like it or not, there are plenty of Dems AND Republicans who need a sound thrashing, and that is what scares the establishment the most.

He is the sort of guy I think, who would crack open the pretend show fight between the establishment D and R powers that be.

Is he my 1st choice? Not really, but he is creeping up there. I used to like Bachman, but she went wishy washy and said Obama is natural born, etc, Palin I love, but she doesn’t stand a chance, and she thinks McCain is just “dreamy”.

So, find me a perfect candidate, with as much cajones as Trump, and I’ll vote for them, I promise. Until then, I’ll take “piss and vinegar” over “bipartisan hand wringing” and crying on television by our so called leaders.

Most men have an epiphany at some point in their lives, I know I did, and before that, I was a scoundrel. I wasn’t born conservative, I didn’t go through my youth being a conservative, but Jimmy Carter changed all that for me, I saw the error of my ways, and pulled the lever for Reagan, and have been a conservative ever since.

I’m not saying this is what is happening to Trump, but I am saying, it might be, and to me that is way better than being a sackless crybaby, more concerned about the welfare illegals and not hurting someones feelings, which is what most of the R’s are right now.

/flame away

THANK YOU! At least *someone* gets it! Seriously, this goes way beyond party lines. This country is so incredibly fked up right now and getting so fked and I just cannot see us playing the same old game and electing another everyday average Repub or conservative who kisses butt. We HAVE to have somebody who goes above and beyond all that, and Trump DOES!

This guy is so so so so so much like Reagan, I remember it clear as day. Maybe I’m an old fart with a melted brain, but Trump really reminds me so much of Reagan.

I remember Reagan saying the same stuff. “Well, they have been holding our citizens for over a year as hostage. Why are we standing for this when we have the nuclear bombs?” LMAO!

Yes he DID say that, debate it or not, but I know sure as shiet he DID say that! I remember it clear as day, every Saturday night drinking beers in my one bedroom frat hole with my roommate Steve Delvecchio, and we couldn’t believe what the hell we were hearing. He would tape him spontaneously off the radio, and forget it! We were hooked! The dude was God as far as we were concerned. Reagan always said what everyone was thinking, and Trump is the same way.

Trump would not stick to such a format, as soon as the cameras were live he would deviate from it and attack Zero outright. Soon Zero would be a nervous wreck, mumbling, stumbling and looking like someone you would not trust to look after your dog while you went on vacation...let alone be president.

I ain’t gonna flame ya one bit!!

Somebody above made a comment about Trump not being a politician.

Well, if we want more of the POLITICS that we’ve gotten for the last 40-50 years, then let’s just keep voting for the same POLITICIANS that they been voting for for the last 40-50 years.

True. Trump is not a politician.

But I (and I’m betting alot of folks) feel that we might just get better results and have better representation if we voted for the local dog catcher!!

Trump knows how to put people to work. He knows about the importance of industry to America. He WILL NOT accept excuses or half-azzed efforts.

I think he’s the real deal.

(Oh, and BTW, I really don’t think Trump would be willing to take any crap from the muzzies either! He’ll be more than willing to tell them what the right way is and that they better not even try the wrong way!!)

Look back at the timeline of that event.

The hostages flew out of Iranian airspace FIVE MINUTES before Ronald Wilson Reagan took the oath of office.

I have zero doubt he had told Ayatollah that his very first act in office if the hostages were not released would be to nuke Tehran.
Zero doubt.

That was the kind of guy Ronnie was.

Didn’t take any crap from the Air Traffic controllers either.

As you know, liberals must hide their true intentions or they would be rejected outriight.

You are exactly right. Conservatives win every time if they present their case in the right way.

I use the “light, but effective touch” every day, when possible. For instance, when filling the car, I’ll make a casual comment to the person on the other side of the pump if they look like the liberal or just plain “sheeple” type....”Wow, I feel so betrayed by 0bama. Us working people are sure getting screwed by higher than ever gas prices. I don’t know how all those people out of work are making it. That Hope and Change sure isn’t working out.” It at least instills some doubt...I hope.

Tearing Obama a new one in debates will not win Trump a presidential election.

Today's presidential candidate can swoon the women voters with absolute bullshit about how he's gonna take care of their every need.

Trump is tough, fearless and logical and that is simply not enough to win.

Reagan was a serious politican. He had served two full terms as governor of one of the largest states in the union. He wasn’t some businessman who had suddenly decided to take a shot at the presidency.
