Black is the wrong descriptive term. So is African-American, since black ballplayers from the Caribbean could be considered African-American. Are we talking about African-Americans from the fifty United States? What about Canadians?

That sounds like an easy job. I don't know how many sports teams there are at UCF but it can't take that long to analyze all of them in terms of racial and gender makeup. The ethics part may be a bit harder.
