The guy is actually uneducated by even the most relaxed standards.
Why do you think he needs the teleprompter all the time and scolds interviewers who interrupt his ‘rote’ spiel.
He doesn't comprehend or actually KNOW anything, he just regurgitates things he has memorized and has been coached spew forth on demand and from memory-like a trained circus clown.
He can't even do THAT properly because his language skills are nil.

I am always startled by his “yuhs” and “tuhs.”. Where does that pronunciation come from? Maybe it’s from Kansas, where the only people who raised him are from. He didn’t pick that pronunciation up from frank Marshall Davis or the south side of Chicago, that’s for sure.
