Aspartame is not good for you.

Oh no you don’t. Fake sugar is neurotoxic and can damage your brain. Maybe not today. But if in 10 or 20 years, you get Parkinson’s, Rheumatioid arthritis, Lou Gehrig’s, cancers, etc. you will know why.

Sugar (cane syrup) would be a better substance to drink than fake sugar, but best would be to get your fluids through a nonsweetened beverage. Like water. Still, if you have to drink soda, do not drink the poison that is “diet” soda.

Please read this. Dr. Blaylock is a genius on neurotoxicity:

Pro-life, pro-America, pro-Constitution, pro-diet Coke!

Drinking one right now. . .

My neuros are doing fine, no toxicity. All my health indicators (triglycerides, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.) are good to go. It’s ok! Drink a diet Coke!

I know two women whose livers have shut down due to frequent drinking of Diet Coke.

Have fun!

Never mind the carcinogenic neurotoxin in Diet Coke.

If the adverts are to be believed there are a number of benefits to a Diet Coke break.

Good flavor isn't one of those benefits. Every diet soda out there tastes vile - a bizarre metallic taste that approximates sweetness, but only enough to make you realize that it isn't sweet. I'll stick with seltzer water and the occasional Mexican Coke made with real sugar.

Dihydrogen oxide is even more deadly. EVERYONE who has drank it has died.

Who paid for this study? I missed that part, although I see it came out of Harvard. (Like so much of the current administration...)
