Oh no you don’t. Fake sugar is neurotoxic and can damage your brain. Maybe not today. But if in 10 or 20 years, you get Parkinson’s, Rheumatioid arthritis, Lou Gehrig’s, cancers, etc. you will know why.
Sugar (cane syrup) would be a better substance to drink than fake sugar, but best would be to get your fluids through a nonsweetened beverage. Like water. Still, if you have to drink soda, do not drink the poison that is “diet” soda.
Please read this. Dr. Blaylock is a genius on neurotoxicity:

Thanks for posting.
Aspartame is made up of three components: phenylalanine, aspartic acid and methanol. That's it.
If you and Dr. Blaylock believe what you wrote then you and he must also believe that consuming chicken and grape juice (or apple juice, orange juice or tomato juice) will cause brain damage, Parkinson's, Rheumatoid arthritis, Gehrig's disease and cancer.
Phenylalanine: Chicken (4oz) - 1130 mg
Phenylalanine: Diet Code (12 oz) - 90 mg
Aspartic Acid: Chicken (4oz) - 2570 mg
Aspartic Acid: Diet Coke (12oz) - 72 mg
Methanol: Grape Juice (12oz) - 65 mg
Methanol: Diet Coke (12oz) - 18 mg
Fear of aspartame may help Dr. Blaylock sell books, but it doesn't make much sense.
You’re nuts!
