I live right down the road from the county arboretum, unless there is somethinbg special going on I usually have the whole place almost to myself. They know me so I pretty much have the run of the place.
It's great because I'm no longer able to garden myself. I've got 2 old buddies around my age who are also camera nuts, we get more joy out of the place than anyone else.
