The guys at Parker Brothers Choppers are responsible for the awesome monstrosity that you see above – they call it the Huffy Green Machine and comes with an 80-cubic inch Harley Davidson Evo engine.

Jeff Halverson explained: We had a Green Machine lying around the shop and we figured it would be a cool idea. It rides crazy and is fast as hell. If it wasn’t for the rear tires we could have had it DOT approved.

The team is going for a Guinness record: the largest front wheel on a motorcycle trike.

Yes, but the heat that cooked the cylinder was a dry heat...

I saw one of those out on the highway the other day - it made me do a double-take.

That’s the way it comes out of the factory. The picture was taken about two years ago.

I like the Hippo Hands and the fender ornament on the first R100. Did that model still have points?

The Hippo Hands were for the January trip from Wisc. to Big Bend...-7 F most of the way. Here is the same bike covered in ash from Mt. St. Helens in Idaho.

More proof that Beemer riders will ride through anything.

You’ve probably never stopped and hid out under a viaduct, have you?

Of course not, you'll never outrun the storm that way.

Beautiful Shovel you got there. Looks like it’s had a lot of TLC.

Thanks!

Truth be told, I like my Twin Cam EFI equipped Bagger much more. The Shovel never runs the same way twice whereas the Bagger runs perfect all the time, any weather, any temperature, any load. It took 10K miles before it finally started shifting nice though. Its a Harley thing . . .
