Just like her husband, Michelle can’t keep her hands off of other people. Always with the insufferably patronizing gestures. In this photo the El Salvadoran first lady is “smiling”, but she looks to be extremely displeased with that double-hand clamp. And Michelle’s facial expression: “I deem this cute little person to be pleasing to me, Mrs. Wonderfulness, and hereby bless her with my touchy-feely presence in her photograph. In a moment I will release her, that she may curtsy to me.”
