I wonder what the are doing there. I’ve seen various documentaries on North Korea, and my understanding is that visitors must be with a guide at all times. This is for the obvious reasons that they want them only to know government propaganda and not get out and talk to the locals and see what the country really is like. These women don’t look like they are with a tour guide. They look like they are headed to the subway.
