Self-reliance is a vital key to living a healthy, productive life. To be self-reliant one must master a basic set of skills, more or less making them a jack of all trades. Contrary to what you may have learned in school, a jack of all trades is far more equipped to deal with life than a specialized master of only one.

“And nobody has ever satisfied a woman.”

Hey! I’ve been there a time or two in my life...but you’re right. It never lasts, LOL!

Now, take out the trash, and the dog needs to go to the vet and YOUR children are amazingly unruly (not my fault!) and there’s a fence to paint and snow to shovel and money to be made...and WHY are you STILL STANDING THERE looking at me? When I say “Jump!” you need to ask me “How High?” ON THE WAY UP!

((Hugs)) *BIG SMILE*

You should see her when it snows.

“GET OUT! GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE...”

Reminds me of a horror movie from the Seventies - Amityville?

LOL. {{Hugs}}

That’s actually a pretty good idea, and certainly cheaper than buying multiple pairs of the same jeans/pants, and having some hemmed for flats, some for high heels, some for moderate heels.

Your wife and I are the SAME woman. God just changes our hair styles and eye colors to confuse you Mortal Men, LOL!

The joke’s on you! :)

“I missed on that list was driving a stick shift.”

It’s there — #5, “manual transmission”.

“Well, not all fire is the same. You can’t cook your neighbour’s golden retriever over a burning automobile, for instance!”

ROFLMAO! Sorry I missed that on this thread. Thanks for the laugh, LOL!
