Charlie Sheen, just days after being fired from CBS' "Two and a Half Men," has fired back with a $100-million lawsuit on behalf of himself and the show's crew against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre, the studio and executive producer of the show, respectively.
The suit, filed Thursday morning in Santa Monica Superior Court, charges that Sheen was only fired from the show because he had recently criticized Lorre both on radio and television. Warner Bros., in a letter to Sheen's attorney Martin Singer, had said Sheen was fired because he had become a liability on the show and his erratic off-stage life had started to affect his ability to perform. (Here is a copy of the suit.)

As opposed to the people he's suing?
That’s just creepy. Sheen’s a little too old to be getting that close to her.
You gotta wonder if this is staged. Chuck Lorre *is* a comedic genius, and of what I understand of acting, Sheen is apparently at the top of the skill scale there.
In fact, if Sheen had really been found with a lawn mower clippings bag-full of coke, wouldn't he be in jail, and all of this theater would be moot?
Seems like an expertly-crafted PR stunt.
One of my buddies is an entertainment lawyer for one of the smaller studios. The same applied to Lindsay Lohan. File away from L.A. Superior or Municipal where they hate rich actors and head to mostly judges who are friends with the industry, say Beverly Hills or even Van Nuys. Sta Monica connects with West Hollywood , so on, so forth.
The rerun this week tied for first place, IIRC.
The show never stopped, it just moved to prime time, 24/7
He probably told his lawyer, “That’s what I want it to say, don’t change a ****in’ word!”. And his lawyer, damn him, did what his client demanded. I’ve fired clients for less.

Just awaiting the countersuit! The real lawsuit.
Thank you very much
How about a legal opinion? Is drug considered to be a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA)? Did firing Charlie constitute a violation of the ADA?
If Hollywood keeps this up, everyone will be unemployed! ;^)
Speaking of winning, what’s up with CS when he says”winning”. Is that just one of his sayings? I ask because I keep hearing him say that. I must be late coming to the party on that one.
I guess he means beating cbs.
