The best comment ever: "Handing the Obama administration a legal victory..."
MORE LIKE
"Handing the Obama administration a vicious legal rebuke"
He basically said-"What is it about "unconstitutional that you don't understand? Ok since you are slow, I'll give you 7 days to appeal, if you don't Obama care is dead in the water"
Now the govt won't be able to begin the implementation and then argue after years of legal delay that it is already the law of the land and impossible to dismantle.
If ever there was a %$# or get off the pot ruling this was it.
Shocking that the WP got it so wrong

O-Zero now has 5 days to appeal and fast track to the SCOTUS, or the whole law gets tossed. Maybe he can squeeze in a few rounds of golf while the world burns.

Any ruling by the courts regarding Unconstitutional Obamacare is irrelevant. The judiciary is not the final authority on the Constitution. That power is reserved to the states or to the people per the 10th Amendment. The people tell the government what is Constitutional through nullification.

They only count business days, thus the 7 days will expire on Friday or a week from today if the order began tolling the day after it was issued issued which was Thursday, March 3rd.

The HealthScam Law has 110 billion dollars in spending a year approved to implement the bill. This is approved of spending. So, if the republacrats don’t strip that funding out they habe the funds in implement the bill.
So I am curious as to what exactly el-judge-o did say. Did he say STOP.
