While The Obamacare Disaster as a whole provides sound analysis of the Affordable Care Act, on the very first page is a particularly troubling sentence: Most of the bills provisions, except its taxes, do no go into effect until 2014. On this fundamental point, Ferrara is flat-out wrong.

Some things cost a lot more to implement than others. If the provisions, however few they may be, which are to be put off until 2014 or after represent a majority of the costs associated with the ‘plan’, then Mr. Ferrara’s analysis is still valid.
