It's not about that. This is about using Bachmann as a proxy to stop Palin. Unfortunately, too many FReepers (cough pissant cough) are buying into this fabricated horse-race.
Palin and Bachmann are good friends. There is no beef between them. And while I admire Bachmann and grudgingly concede that she is a better interviewee than Palin is, she is not at the level where Palin is, who can command instant attention, has a strong base already behind her, and has been vetted endlessly. These same leftists touting Bachmann will rip into her and these same conservatives supporting her (just to stop Palin) will find someone else to support.
BINGO, E-3.
I wish Fred could have gotten the nomination. He would have made a good, if not great president.
I like Palin very much and think she is very capable. I do wish she would take some lessons in speaking before a camera. JFK and others did that. She is good off the cuff, but could be better--slow down and make a point. Get rid of a few of her sayings the msm have mocked--rather cut down on frequency.
They would jump on Bachmann like a pack of hungry wolves. I would like to see a Palin/Bachmann ticket, but the old establishment would join the msm in pulling them down. I despise the old line stiff rumped Repubs.
