So I'm 50. I have a very smart, very beautiful daughter who is a junior in high school.
Every day, I wake up and say to myself "Crap. I'm still alive."
I feel like I've done my job. I have give birth to and raised an extraordinary human being. There's nothing I can do now to advance her career or life.
How much does God expect me to endure? When can I say "I've had enough?" At what point is it rational to jump off that bridge simply because one is tired of putting up with all the crap?
LOL
Guess everyone knows the joke but blog pimps and and guys like this.
Just save me a seat in the humidor.
That’s ok, everybody needs prayers. They are never wasted.
Those two are worse than I thought...
You are absolutely right. I always pray for the most beneficial circumstances to arise for whomever I pray for rather than something specific. That way they will get exactly what they need instead of what I might think they need.
They're a bunch of pikers.
I'm at least 62 people right here on Free Republic and all
it takes is keeping notes and a few different phrasing styles.
TEN accounts?
Pikers and rookies.
Can I get a word bruthuh!!
LOL
One of the most effective tools I have at our disposal is when we argue with myself.
“I drink to much”.
“Shut up! NO he doesn’t!”
Sybil
D-sheare jumps in after the fact!
*Oh no !*
It’s better with my coffee...
Yeah?
What’s the super secret password? /s
“Zombie deer”
Enter friend and give the due sign and token....
I’m still negotiating to be burned in effigy at the memorial shoot just for laughs.
Though I suppose my coffee being shot to pieces by people who have been, er, victimized by it would have to do.
I’ll just have to post the brewing instructions so that the max number of people can understand what humble speaks about when he mentions my coffee?
Well.. a few years ago we had Osama targets so I guess there is precedent.
Maybe I can dig up the pix...
Run a booth, a safe distance away from the main firing line, where my coffee is served to the brave or foolhardy before they take aim at ‘realistic targets normally found in a real life environment’?
LOL
Just noticed your new tag.
Life is a horrifying curse. Unfortunately, we cannot kill ourselves without magnifying the suffering of those who are still trapped in this nightmare world.
That is pretty much the only reason I’m not killing myself this very minute. The best one can do is hope to get killed by something or someone as soon as possible.
I’m sorry to hear you have a daughter. She will be forced to go to war against the world and lose.
total nonsense. Charity does nothing. Evil always finds a way to pervert and destroy everything.
I don’t think that is good advice.
One should not contemplate the horrors of the Holocaust during an episode of depression. That’s...no.
