Yes, I was joking about 48 being in “old age”.
: )
But I did feel older than my spunky 93 year old Grama.
I can’t wait to see her this week, and she can see the difference.
I can’t tell you how much better I feel.
My sister used to tell me, I didn’t even know how good I could feel, because I was used to the allergens making me tired etc. She said if I got the test and found any allergens, I’d be amazed at what happens. Yep, she was right again.
I am reading food labels even more than before. I used to watch out for different things, but now I have to read for eggs, dairy, peanuts and a few other things. Eating whole foods like veggies and fruit makes it easier since they have no “label” or junk in them.
Great to hear from you, I miss Amy’s Place this time of year when I am so busy in the greenhouse.
Please, anyone you know who feels bad for no apparent reason, tell them about this simple cheap test.
I used to think a food allergy would be obvious, with swelling throat, rashes, or something. I had none of that, but a general malaise, lack of energy, brain fog, etc.
Not anymore, look out world, I’m on full girl power now!
Beautiful spring graphic, Yorkie! I can almost smell the cherry blossoms. And the scripture was great! Thank you!
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, Yorkie! Both poem and graphic are wonderful!!

You are so welcome, Jaycee! Hope the party for Braelyn is so much fun!!
Is chocolate on the list of possible food allergies? LOL!

Same to you, friend. :-)
I am so glad I know the difference between ‘good’ Dixie Chicks and ‘bad’ Dixie Chicks...LOL! I hope they are off the scene forever. I’m sure our Military didn’t like them at all. I don’t know SerpentDove but he did a great job on that graphic! Yes, he’s brilliant!!
