Reported by the AP on Thursday, Alaska governor Sean Parnell (R) said "the state of Alaska will not pursue unlawful activity to implement a federal health care regime that has been declared unconstitutional by a federal court." Parnell becomes the second governor to refuse the implementation of POTUS Obama's health care law.

THANK YOU for saying this Governor Parnell. The FY 2011 continuing resolution before congress should not allow any funding whatsoever for Obamacare because a federal court has ruled it unconstitutional. I just don’t see how money could be appropriated for this until a final determination is made the USSC.
Way to go Parnell! It’s so nice having a Conservative Governor.
