I dont have any specific recipes for you, but I will tell you that a pressure cooker will become a favorite kitchen accessory. They cook quickly, and make even the cheapest cuts of meats absolutely fork tender, and I believe they keep more flavor from escaping from the food during cooking. My mom used one for many years, and I have one too.
