The thread that ties almost all of them seems to be the ingrained obsession of teachers' unions across the land. - "Everyone is racist and everyone is killing the environment."

I hope as they are hit by reality their enthusiasm isn't dampened. The one kid who worked on developing bullet proof helmets with communications inside is on track for something productive; maybe the fashion designer is too. The rest seem to be more like under grads telling their liberal TAs what they want to hear.

As my boss once explained to me when I was young;

Good ideas, better ways of doing things, shorter cycle times, etc.... are a dime a dozen and require no special skills or knowledge base to proclaim them. The hard part is to bring them and everyone along with them to life. He told me until I could do that, to stop coming to him with ideas........

Three outstanding people: bullet-proof helmet, computer science major, and the improved hysterectomy.

A couple that might be useful regarding entrepreneurship. Maybe the fashion designers will do something good.

Most of the rest are typical unicorn and skittles.

I have to agree that the three were the best-hats off to them. But the majority- the “social justice” kinds- are very unrealistic. In fact, they believe that their “Obama-like” approach would do any work, they are out of their minds. Socialism at its finest- sadly, hitting the youth faster than ever. prayer for our future.
