BlackRock, Inc. website homepage displays Upside-Down

Take a look - I was checking the BlackRock, Inc. homepage to gather some investment information, and what do I see? Their main "introduction" pane is displaying the words UPSIDE DOWN. Hmmmm.... struck me as so funny, I just HAD to share it!

So the only question is, should I really invest? I mean, I don't think this was done on purpose, or am I wrong? I think they were hacked? hmmmm...

BlackRock is suppose to be a providers of investment, advisory and risk management solutions. But can they even manage their own homepage?

Ok, maybe this is on purpose, and I just don't get it.

Or am I crazy? Look for yourself (this is not a promo, or trick, swear to the Lord ... but it's a laugh ...)

I am using IE the latest version. In the Home Tab of their site, just above the “Learn More”, the words are upside down.

They probably have multiple servers that serve up the page. So it probably depends on which server you hit among those which are load balanced. And once you hit the one with the upside down words, you are cached and go to that one. Let me close my browser entirely then reopen and try again.

I closed my IE browser entirely, and reopened it. When I open it in Internet Explorer 9 (9.0.7930.16406) the words displayed in their information on the Home tab are upside down. But when I open the same link using Google Chrome, they display correctly. Interesting ….

I took a screen shot showing the display in which under IE 9 the words are upside down - but I don’t have any site to upload the example to. Again, from IE 9 it shows them upside down, but displays normally from Google Chrome.

Page shows normal for me, but that may because I'm wearing this shirt;

Read reviews but plan on being there some time.

It is an Adobe Flash animation...some browsers interpret it incorrectly...use Firefox or Chrome. See:
