It is an Adobe Flash animation...some browsers interpret it incorrectly...use Firefox or Chrome. See:

You are correct - that is what’s happening having checked your informative page about this occuring for others as well. Very interesting, no problem with Google Chrome, the problem is only when using IE 9 which I downloaded a few weeks ago.
